Welcome! Check out our featured DC area business Maids in Black, DC Cleaning Services.

Welcome friend.  So this is the first in a series of posts on the renovated DC Wharf and the fun events they’ll be having this summer.  Hope you enjoy.

Listen, I’ve got some bad news and some good news.

Which would you like first?

The bad?  You got it.

If you’re anything like 80%* of the American public (*made up statistic that prob isn’t too far off), you’re probably not active enough.

The good? You can change that starting this Saturday at the FREE Yala Dance workout at the Wharf in DC. (Click the vid to check it out).

Best Thing: Classes are held outside so you’ll get to really enjoy the outdoors as well.

Laurent Amzallag, creator of the Yala Fitness Workout Class (featured on Oprah), heads up the  classes every Saturday until September 15, at the Southwest Water Front on 7th and Waters Street.

An amazing workout, dancing, and great music and everything is absolutely FREE.

Can’t beat that!

Yala Dance Workout at the Wharf:
Southwest Waterfront, 9:00am to 10:am (Every Saturday until September 15th)
800 Water St. SW
Washington, DC 20590

Yeah I agree, there’s really no excuse not to get out there and enjoy the city and get in shape at the same time. Win Win. Thanks for stopping by Jeff.

It’s so nice to try new classes for free to see how you like them and the waterfront view at The Wharf is great! Love how close it is to the metro too…
