72. Nando’s Peri Peri Washington DC

Welcome! Check out our featured DC area business Maids in Black, DC Cleaning Services.

Casual dining ideas you say?  What about some Portuguese chicken drowned in some of the tastiest sauces you’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Mix that with some dreamy mashed potatoes, a slightly weird ordering process, and a cool ambiance and you’ve got Nando’s Peri Peri.

Nando’s Peri-Peri serves up a wicked Portuguese style grilled chicken that is extremely popular in South Africa.  The chicken is covered in a spicy sauce and grilled over an open flame to make some seriously great bird.

I usually go with the corn and rice, and a different one of their sauces with each bite.  (Keeps me on my toes).  The mashed potatoes and garlic bread are wonderful as well.

Reasonable prices, good food, and a cool ambiance makes Nando’s Peri Peri a great addition to our list of Things To Do in Washington DC.  You gotta eat!
