109. DMV Africans Late Registration Cookout

Posted at August 20, 2011 by 6 Comments

Welcome! Check out our featured DC area business Maids in Black, DC Cleaning Services.

So, I’ve been a fan of the folks over at DMV Africans for some time, and I think you’ll enjoy their Late Registration Cookout on Sunday August 21st in Greenbelt Md.

Before I get into the details about the cookout, I thought I would share a bit about the crew at DMV Africans and their tireless work in the D.C. Metro area.

They not only organize great networking events for Africans living in the D.C Metro area, but they work to engage the entire Washington DC community about the issues facing our brothers and sisters on the African continent.

Props to them for all their work over the years.

About the DMV Africans Late Registration Cookout

DMV Africans, along with Demolition DJs are hosting another fun cookout and everyone’s invited!  This is the last gathering before school starts back, so it should be fun.

You’ll enjoy awesome African food (and the usual cookout fare), while listening to live performances by African artists.

———— Additional Information ————
• All proceeds will go to the World Food Programme to aid families living in the Horn of Africa.

Let’s get out there, have some fun, and help make this world a tiny bit better at the same time!  Peep the banner for details.
