37. Get in Shape with DC Fit Week
Way to go DC! It feels great to be getting back in shape with the summer quickly approaching. If you haven’t gotten on the workout wagon yet (or have fallen off since the new year), here’s a chance to kick-start your workouts again.
DC Fit week is a FREE week of fitness starting on March 21st. Yup, F.R.E.E. An entire week of classes, workshops, yoga, pilates, meditation, spin, outdoor running, financial workshops, mental health workshops and high-energy boot-camps!
They’ve even thrown in some Latin dance for the grown and sexy.
You have to get out there!
If you’ve hung around our list for some time you’ve heard me go on and on about making 2011 the greatest year ever! Getting in better physical shape is an important step to improving your outlook on life and wringing everything out of this year!
DC Fit week is a great start.
Some events require registration, and some of them you can just show up. But no matter what, every single class is FREE.
